Dr. John Kibyegon Ngeno OGW, EBS is the General Manager of Supply Chain and Logistics at Kenya Power, where he has served since February 2020. He is seasoned public sector executive & distinguished supply chain and logistics professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain optimization within both public and private sector organizations in Kenya.

Holder of a PhD, MSc, and B.Com — all from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) — and a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM), Dr. Ngeno brings rigorous academic grounding to every strategic decision. Dr. Ngeno has built a distinguished career at the intersection of procurement strategy, institutional reform, and inclusive economic development. His leadership has transformed Kenya Power's supply chain into a vehicle for national development, social inclusion, and sustainability.
